What Owners Are Responsible For
While our commission covers coordination, communication, inspections, and oversight, owners remain responsible for the following variable costs (reimbursed at cost, no markup):
- Professional cleaning and linen hire between stays
- Restocking of guest supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, tea/coffee)
- Maintenance, repairs, and contractor call-outs
- Utilities, council rates, insurance, and other ongoing property expenses
Platform fees (e.g., Airbnb or Bookabach commissions) and GST are handled separately by the booking channel.
